Performance characteristics

1. The maximum Z-axis stroke is 380mm, and a 500mm long electrode can be clamped at one time, and the waste of electrode tubes is reduced to a minimum (about 100mm). The ultra-low loss circuit design greatly improves the use efficiency of the electrode tubes.

2. The Z-axis uses a subdivided stepper motor to achieve rapid lifting. The entire stroke only takes about 10 seconds, which greatly reduces the waiting time and greatly improves the efficiency. The machine head travel adopts electric lifting.

3. zhuanli rotating head: the first integrated design of the motor rotating head, using tungsten steel wear-resistant sheets and multiple waterproof structures. It is connected with the chuck using a taper sleeve to ensure the rotation concentricity of the chuck.

4. Independently developed operating system: one-click processing, fixed depth function, centering function, fixed end face function, expert database, polarity conversion, digital sampling, adaptive servo tracking, penetration function, flexible processing, high-speed processing, surface protection , turn off processing and automatically return to the workpiece surface. It is suitable for processing fine holes of electrode copper tubes above Φ0.2, processing of ultra-thick workpieces with a thickness of less than 300mm, processing of special workpieces such as superposition of different materials and hollows, and processing of super-hard and special materials such as tungsten steel, aluminum, and AK80.
