1. The spindle is made of one-piece SCM-21 material and has been tempered, carburized, and precision ground. The bearings are P4 grade.

2. The end mill head, internal grinding gears, clutches, and bearings adopt forced circulation lubrication devices to ensure the service life of the machine parts.

3. The castings are made of FC-30 and FCD-45 and have been subjected to forced tempering (quenching and tempering) treatment, making them wear-resistant and non-deforming.

4. The X and Y axes adopt C5-level preloaded double-nut precision ball screws, with smooth conveying, small backlash and good positioning.

5. After the workbench slide rail and upper surface are quenched and tempered, the T-shaped grooves are double-sided and ground to improve the processing standard.
